Seven Seas will conduct a Hybrid Estate Sale over the weekend of May 8-9, to liquidate the contents of a gorgeous home with high end Furnishings, Jewelry, Art, China, Crystal, Collectibles & more, in the Seven Oaks West Subdivision, in Knoxville, TN. The sale has a 240 Lot Online Auction on this site and a lovely Tag Sale in the home, too. Access to preview and tag sale day is by appointment.

This is a clean no smoking home.
We are selling Assets in the home for Jim Lawson. Jewelry Consignments in Lots 181-194 are from the Estate of Clyde & Rena Orr. The Rock & Roll items come Jodi Brown of Texas. Lots 195-240 are from Seven Seas Trading and subject to sale tax.
Shipping: Shipping is available for Jewelry Lots and select other small items. We use US Priority Mail, insured. Normal cost for Coins & Jewelry is $11 for small priority box, plus $2/$100 in value for insurance. We're an Estate Sale Company: we use 'used stuff' for boxes and packaging.

THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION WITH SOFT CLOSE. Items Soft Close one per minute, starting at 7 pm. Soft Close means the timer reverts to 2 minutes to go when bids are placed within the last 2 minutes. All Lots then sell to the highest bidder.
You can also use the ‘Maxbid’ feature to let the system bid for you, up to your
maximum price.
THERE IS A 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM ON THIS SALE.

WATCH LIST & PROFILE: You can view your Watch List and the items you are bidding on by clicking on your bidder # at the top right of any page, once you are logged in. This also gives you access to your profile where you can keep your contact info and credit card up to date. Please register a card if you expect to get coins or jewelry shipped.
INVOICE & PAYMENT: An
invoice with payment instructions/address will be sent to each buyer's
registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive
an e-mail invoice in 2 hours after the close of bidding please contact
us. WINNERS MUST PAY THE DAY AFTER AUCTION CLOSE, EITHER ONLINE OR IN PERSON. We accept Cash, Good Checks, Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal & Venmo.
To Arrange Shipping: Reply to your Invoice Email and Request a Revised Invoice, With Shipping. PLEASE Register a Credit Card if you want shipping! We'll add the fees, charge your card, and ship your items right out. Otherwise we'll send you a REVISED Invoice. Use our Paypal link to pay, which also gets you fastest shipping to a verified address. Alternately you can Venmo to @SevenSeasEstates or just call us before close on pickup day.
We ship ONLY to the address in your bidder account or in Paypal.
Your Bid is a Contract to purchase the item. Winners who don't pay for the items and shipping by the stated times will not be permitted to bid on future auctions.
