The sale is located in a home off Hwy 68 in Sweetwater, TN. We'll release the address the day before and the sale will be open to public for Preview & Tag Sale on Friday, March 21st from 11-4. Pickup is Saturday at the home in Sweetwater from 10-3. Shipping is available for Coins and Delivery is also available! Contact Frank Lamuth at 865 789 0278 for a price to deliver your items.

We are selling Assets for Patricia Richesin, mother of well known Interior Designer Todd Richesin. Todd definitely helped his mother decorate:)
The home is just 5 minutes off I-75. Take Exit 60 and head down Hwy 68 towards Sweetwater. You'll turn on Old Athens Hwy, just before reaching Hwy 11. We'll release the address the day before and we'll have signs out.
THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION WITH FIXED ENDING TIMES. Items end one per minute, starting at 7 pm. Many
lots also have Buy Now Prices. Items may be purchased immediately
at the Buy Now Price. Otherwise all Unsold Lots sell to the highest bidder,
without reserve on Friday night.
Bidding does not extend, even when bids are placed in closing seconds.
Use the ‘Maxbid’ feature to let the system bid for you, up to your
maximum price.

either day of the sale. We send out Buy Now Invoices the day before the
sale. (Note: Do NOT place a bid or maxbid equal to, or higher than, the Buy Now amount! Doing so makes the price disappear and screws up the Invoices and Seven Seas will make the final determination about who will get the item.)
WATCH LIST & PROFILE: You can view your Watch List and the items you are bidding on by clicking on your bidder # at the top right of any page, once you are logged in. This also gives you access to your profile where you can keep your contact info and credit card up to date.
INVOICE & PAYMENT: An
invoice with payment instructions/address will be sent to each buyer's
registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive
an e-mail invoice in 12 hours after the close of bidding please contact
us. WINNERS MUST PAY THE DAY AFTER AUCTION CLOSE, EITHER ONLINE OR IN PERSON. We accept Cash, Good Checks, Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal & Venmo. We also buy coins, silver and gold at checkout so you can pay with those, too.
Reply to your Invoice Email and Request a Revised Invoice, With Shipping. If you have a card on file, we'll add the fees, charge your card, and ship your items right out. Otherwise we'll send you a REVISED Invoice. Use our Paypal linkto pay, which also gets you fastest shipping to a verified address. Alternately you can Venmo to @SevenSeasEstates or just call us before 2:30 on the pickup day.
We ship ONLY to the address in your bidder account or in Paypal.
Your Bid is a Contract to purchase the item. Winners who don't pay for the items and shipping by the stated times will not be permitted to bid on future auctions.
